Self Performance:  the act of performing unencumbered by others.  In order to manage jobs effectively, we at Landmark Construction have enabled ourselves to self perform all of our work, more importantly water and sewer.  Working with Landmark consists of only one phone call, eliminating the process of tracking down multiple contractors. 

Quality of Work:  we would much rather lose contracts than cut costs and deliver an inferior product to our customer. As a contractor, we are measured by our finished product. By producing quality work throughout the years, we have become the most successful sitework and industrial contractor in the area.
