This enables us to develop a comprehensive site package even from limited data.

We pride ourselves on our ability to improve site constructability and construction costs, working closely with engineers and owners. By building 3D models of everything we construct, we can visualize and refine our plans, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. This collaborative effort extends to developing pricing and plans through an iterative process with our clients.

Our clients trust us to provide reliable and accurate estimates. We maintain strong relationships with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, considering them partners in our projects. This network allows us to negotiate effectively and bring in the right expertise for each project.

Every project we handle benefits from the scrutiny of at least two estimators. This dual-review system ensures that every aspect of the estimate is accurate and comprehensive, with experienced estimators mentoring newer team members. Our process is heavily supported by advanced software tools, including HCSS HeavyBid, Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam, ensuring that all of our work is conducted electronically for efficiency and precision.

Once the estimating phase is complete, we work closely with our project management team to transition the project from the bid phase to execution. This collaborative handover includes setting up the job in conjunction with PMs, ensuring that the operations department has a thorough understanding of the project. Our estimating team continues to support the project with change orders, value engineering ideas, and ongoing consultation, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.

Our estimating team doesn’t just work behind the scenes. We engage directly with the field teams, down to the foreman level, especially for complex projects. This hands-on approach ensures that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the project goals and details.
