Charleston, S.C. — Landmark is pleased to welcome Ramona Montjoy to the team as Training and Development Manager.

A graduate of the College of Charleston, Ramona brings a strong background in education, training program design, and manufacturing, along with a passion for developing people and building meaningful growth opportunities within organizations. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating engaging training experiences, strengthening teams, and helping employees build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

In her role at Landmark, Ramona will support the company’s ongoing commitment to employee development by helping enhance training initiatives across the organization. She will work closely with leadership and teams throughout the company to support onboarding, professional development, leadership growth, and long-term training strategies that align with Landmark’s culture and operational goals.

Outside of work, Ramona enjoys traveling, cooking, and is also a big Star Wars fan.
